5. Rolfe House – Bertha Rolfe

The Rolfe house was built in 1774 by Nathaniel Rolfe. It is the oldest house still standing in Penacook and is still in the possession of the Rolfe family. This building eventually will be rehabilitated to become the headquarters of The Penacook Historical Society.

6. Police Station – Pearl McGregor

The Police Station was built in the early 1900’s. Today it houses the Penacook Branch of the Concord Public Library.
